FlatOut Bear is an Australian owned and family run business. The FlatOut Bear range is made of 100% sheepskin and are super cute teddy bears that are soft, cuddly and flat!

The brand was founded by sisters Sarah and Prue. Originating from Sydney they started their business in 2001. The pair had grown up with sheepskin bears and decided to create a brand of their own. They got into the business of retail through their dad who owned an antique shop. Their mum then opened a store in Sydney full of homewares. To them, it felt natural starting their own business by watching both their parents do just that. They first started selling FlatOut Bears over the internet and this then developed into supplying local stores in Sydney and all over Australia, and now the world. Their little bears travel to the USA, UK, China, Japan, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Korea and New Zealand, just to name a few.
