Change of Mind Online Purchases
When shopping online we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and feel good about the experience of shopping with us. If for any reason you are not pleased with the items purchased online, or if it is not what you expected, you have the option of returning the item to us for a full refund of the product price subject to the following conditions:
If you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong thing, the refund will be for the product price only and not the postage cost. We require that the item must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods.
If you post the item to us, you do so at your own expense.

Your order will be refunded once we receive the item back.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
We carefully package all products prior to shipping. However if a purchased item is faulty or damaged upon arrival at the delivery address, or if an item was shipped incorrectly, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund the item. If the item has been damaged whilst in transit a return or refund claim must be submitted within 14 days of the item arriving. Please contact us to discuss the faulty items. We will require photos so that we can understand the extent of the damage. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the credit card, PayPal or Afterpay account that was originally charged.
Purchase Made In-Store
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you will be offered an exchange or store credit to the amount of the item(s) at the time of purchase, provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of purchase
- You have proof of purchase
- Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
